Thanks Jeri! What an informative class! I felt like a newbie walking in and by the end of the course I felt comfortable with everyone and the course material. You did a great job facilitating the class and showing us what it means to be a CCS. I will definitely come back and take another class in the future if you are still putting them on. Thank you again, I just applied for my CCS!!!
Stay Safe,
Myles
I am so glad that I was able to be part of your amazing course on the Foundations of Clinical Supervision. When I mentioned to folks that I had a 3 day online course they looked at my sympathetically—I quickly told them “ the class was excellent! The group actually bonded online, the instructor was so knowledgeable, inclusive of everyone, encouraged participation, had small breakout sessions, and used relevant examples to reinforce the material”. I enjoyed it all, learned a ton, and am glad that you had some time to focus on self care. Susan P
My experiences with training provided by Jeri Stevens has been rich. Jeri is consistent in her dedication offering not only relevant but authentic and current information re professional standards, rules, regs and resources for participants to follow after a training is completed. Jeri is engaging in her style of presentation and is unwilling to have participants sit idly by. Dyadic and/or group work exploring and applying course content is one of the most effective methods of reinforcing content and Jeri provides enjoyable opportunities to practice and hone skills during sessions. Handouts are indispensable and the encouragement for participants to “meet” one another as colleagues, even now in this virtual world, is essential to her effectiveness and demonstrates her professional skills as instructor, facilitator, therapist and supervisor. Brava Jeri – you’re still a role model for me even after my nearly 20 years of experience with your trainings.
